Free First Friday – Extended Evening Hours

Friday, May 3, 2019 - 10:00am - 8:00pm

On the first Friday of every month, admission is free. May through September, the Museum remains open until 8 pm with a cash bar in the evening.

    

2 pm: Gallery Tour

Join an educator-led tour with an introduction to the life and vision of Isamu Noguchi, exploring select works in the Museum's collection and special exhibitions. The tour is offered in English and Japanese.

 

6:30 pm: Center of Attention

Engage in a conversation about Isamu Noguchi’s Sesshu (1958), featured in the exhibition Changing and Unchanging Things: Noguchi and Hasegawa in Postwar Japan (May 1–July 14). Advance registration is not required.
