The Isamu Noguchi Foundation and Garden Museum, in partnership with the Queens Council on the Arts and Asian American Arts Alliance, invites emerging artists based in Queens and self-identifying as Asian American and Pacific Islander to submit designs for the Museum’s three outdoor banners.
