Join us for a free admission day with special programming focused on artworks in Temitayo Ogunbiyi: You will wonder if we would have been friends. The exhibition includes newly commissioned sculptures installed among Isamu Noguchi’s permanent installation in the first floor galleries and garden.

Advance reservations are recommended. Visitors without a reservation will also be welcomed based on museum capacity.

Events Schedule

11:30–11:45 am: Pop-up Talk (Garden)
Join Noguchi Museum educators for discussions that prompt close looking, conversation, and reflection on Temitayo Ogunbiyi’s installation, You will catalyze wishes of strangers (2025), which features grinding stones inscribed with messages from the Museum’s community. 

12:30–12:45 pm: Pop-up Talk (Garden)

12–5 pm: Gallery Kit
Visitors of all ages are invited to participate in an art-making activity inspired by Temitayo Ogunbiyi’s installation, You will catalyze wishes of strangers (2025). 

 

1–2 pm: Public Tour in Spanish

2–3 pm: Public Tour in English
An introduction to the life and vision of Isamu Noguchi, exploring highlights of the Museum and artworks by Temitayo Ogunbiyi.

3–4 pm: Public Tour in Japanese

4–5 pm: Public Tour in English 

5–5:15 pm: Pop-up Talk (Garden)
