Connect with nature through art making in a series of hands-on workshops led by Noguchi Educators at nearby Socrates Sculpture Park. These workshops are open to all ages and any skill level. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All participants will be given a free pass to visit The Noguchi Museum after the program.

On Saturday, September 16, join Noguchi Educator Sol Aramendi for a workshop exploring mold, fungus, and mycelium, and create experimental drawings and prints.

Sol Aramendi (she/her) is a socially engaged artist working with immigrant communities throughout New York City. Her participatory practice promotes change around fairer labor and immigration conditions. She is the founder of Project Luz, a nomadic program that uses art as a tool of empowerment.
