Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 10 am–5 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 11 am–6 pm
Closed Monday & Tuesday

Extended evening hours on the First Friday of the month from May through September, 5–8 pm, with free admission all day and a cash bar in the evening. 

The Museum is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

General admission: $10
Seniors (65+): $5
Students with a valid ID: $5

Museum admission is free with ID for:

• Members  Join/renew
• NYC public school students
• Children under 12
• Visitors with disabilities
• Active-duty military and their families (member of Blue Star Museums)

On the first Friday of every month year-round, Museum admission is free.

Accessibility

The Noguchi Museum is wheelchair accessible. A wheelchair may be reserved in advance for visitor use, and is available free of charge at the Museum entry desk on a first-come, first-served basis. Service animals are welcome in the Museum.

Photography & Video Policy

The Isamu Noguchi Foundation and Garden Museum grants permission for photography for personal use only in the Museum’s galleries, sculpture garden and indoor/outdoor pavilion, with the following restrictions:

Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, flashes, reflectors, other lighting equipment, and large format cameras (4x5) are prohibited.

Media recorded at the Museum may not be used commercially, i.e. in any print or digital publication, sponsored or branded social media or blog post, newspaper, magazine, multimedia source, or be sold, reproduced, transferred, distributed, or otherwise exploited in any manner.

At all times, please move with awareness and consideration of fellow visitors’ enjoyment of the Museum, and for the safety of the artworks and plantings.

The Isamu Noguchi Foundation and Garden Museum reserves the right to withhold and/or withdraw permission to photograph or record video in the Museum, at any time and for any reason.

Photo & Video Shoots

The Museum does not allow commercial shoots or wedding photography, including headshot photography. Editorial shoots may be arranged on a case-by-case basis with an associated fee and at the sole discretion of the Museum. Please contact [email protected] for further information.
