Members’ Day

10 am–6 pm

Members are invited to bring a guest with them to visit for free. At 10 am, join a members-only reception and tour of the new exhibition A Glorious Bewilderment: Marie Menken’s ‘Visual Variations on Noguchi’ with Curator Kate Wiener.

General public admission begins at 11 am. Special programming for the day includes art-making activities and conversations focused on the special exhibition in the second floor galleries (see events schedule below). Events Schedule

10–11 am: Members’ Morning Reception & Tour
Curator Kate Wiener will lead a tour of the new exhibition A Glorious Bewilderment. RSVP to: membership@noguchi.org.

11 am–2 pm: Gallery Kit 
Visitors of all ages are invited to art-making activities in the galleries, taking inspiration from A Glorious Bewilderment. 

2–3 pm:  Public Tour of A Glorious Bewilderment
Join an educator-led tour of A Glorious Bewilderment. Meet in Area 1 outside the entrance lobby.

3–4 pm:  Wordplay 
Explore the words and archival documents of Isamu Noguchi, and use writing as a tool for engaging with Noguchi’s sculptures.
