Isamu Noguchi recognized unique qualities in all kinds of stone, even the inexpensive or repurposed fragments of stones. Join us in exploring Noguchi’s artistic process, and then learn how to shape soft stone in the studio using basic hand tools such as chisels, hammers, and rasps.
For ages 18 and older; previous experience is not necessary. Space is limited and advance registration is required. Program fee includes admission to the Museum and materials.
