Noguchi once wrote that sculpture was “a terrific waste of time and money.”* Join a Noguchi Museum Educator in an interactive virtual learning program exploring Noguchi’s finances early in his career. Read letters he wrote to his mother while he was struggling to make ends meet, and learn about his more lucrative corporate and private commissions.

Archives Deep Dive is an interactive virtual learning program for adults, designed to explore projects, themes, and topics related to the art and life of Isamu Noguchi. Use The Noguchi Museum Archives as a source of inspiration to create connections through shared stories and group discussion.

This free program is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited and advance registration is required. All participants will be sent a link to participate through the Zoom platform. All program times listed are EDT (Eastern Daylight Time).
