Hands-On at Noguchi: Stone Carving Studio

Sundays, October 6, 13, 20, and 27.

Stone Carving Studio is a multi-session art-making program for adults (18 and older) who are interested in learning introductory stone carving techniques over an extended period of time. Explore Noguchi’s artistic process in the galleries, and then spend time in the studio learning how to create forms and a polished surface using basic hand tools. Participate in weekly group reflections while developing a finished sculpture.

For ages 18 and older; previous experience is not necessary. Space is limited and advance registration is required. $140 members / $180 non-members; includes full admission to the Museum. Please contact education@noguchi.org with any questions about this program.
