The Noguchi Museum is turning 40!

Kicking off in May 2025, our anniversary celebrations will include a yearlong series of special exhibitions, educational programs, and public events that highlight Isamu Noguchi’s influence across sculpture, public art, design and architecture, while also looking ahead to the Museum’s future.

The Isamu Noguchi Garden Museum officially opened to the public in May 1985.

To commemorate this milestone, join us at the Museum on Sunday, May 11, for a celebration with multilingual public tours, art-making in the galleries, and a taiko drumming performance.
