Isamu Noguchi, The Kite, 1958. Stainless steel sculpture.

The Kite

The Kite comes from the folded sheet aluminum I made in 1958–a continuation of ideas from small paper models. It is among a group of stainless-steel sculptures that were made for an exhibition at the Pace Gallery in 1975.
