February First Friday

The Noguchi Museum offers extended evening hours on the first Friday of each month, from 5:00 to 8:00PM. First Friday programming includes "Center of Attention," an extended conversation around a single work of art at 6:00PM, followed by Art21 episodes featuring contemporary artists at 7:00PM. First Fridays also feature pay-what-you-wish admission and a cash bar with wine and beer.
February's Art21 episode will be:
Art21: Balance
This episode features artists whose works explore the distinction between balance and imbalance, and demonstrate that the smallest change in a line, a formal element, or a structure can be a radical proposition. Featured artists include Rackstraw Downes, Robert Mangold, and Sarah Sze.
